The introduction: the care of the interpreters varied with the base of the pregnancy on the surface, in terms of reference to it or rooting for it, and imam Abu Hayyan al-Andalusi (745 ah) was in the forefront of me in his interpretation, and with Abu Hayyan's care of this rule, and its many applications in its interpretation, but it departed from the phenomenon in some places, and there is no doubt that his departure from the phenomenon in most of these places was a considerable evidence.

the goal: this study came to shed light on Abu Hayyan's approach in its departure from the phenomenon, since Abu Hayyan had great attention to the base of the pregnancy on the surface, but in some places he departed from this rule, it was necessary to follow these positions and study them, to find out the approach of Abu Hayyan, and to know the rules of departure from the phenomenon, and the savojat that Abu Hayyan considered in the exit phenomenon.

this research may be a prelude, introduction, and two topics: the first: includes the controls of the exit from the phenomenon, and the second: includes the savoics considered in the departure from the phenomenon, and the conclusion: the most important findings of the research, some recommendations, the most important sources and references, and the index of topics.

method: the inductive approach was followed in this research through plurality, description, analytical approach in comparison and explanation to reach the results.

the results: Abu Hayyan adhered to the rules of departure from the phenomenon, and stated them in various places in his interpretation, his deviation from the appearance of the word in many places was considered a justification, and considered Abu Hayyan a number of sawarifs in the departure from the phenomenon of the word, the most important: the Qur'an, Sunnah, interpretation of the Salaf, consensus, context, reason, and language.

recommendations: attention to tracking where Abu Hayyan was absent due to "interpretation".
