This research examines the effect of innovative climate on change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior.
An online survey was used and data were collected from a sample of 490 Egyptian employees who are currently working in Germany and have been working in Egypt in the past.
Applying the structural equation modeling technique results revealed that, innovative climate had significant influence on change-oriented OCB in Egypt and Germany
