The research relied on the independent variable of governance mechanisms, which includes (the board of directors, risk management, internal audit, external audit, actuary) and a dependent variable which represents (improving financial performance), and I have reached many conclusions: - Governance is a reference for policy makingWhich adopts the legal and regulatory frameworks for the corporate governance system by contributing to attracting foreign and local investors.
