Wetness on the marriage contract is the most important issue in the Islamic jurisprudence which appertain marriage contract, so this research will talking about that in two sides, first one it is study the prophetic traditions (Al-ahadith) which stipulate wetness to legal marriage contract, that's to show they are sound (Sahih) or weak (Dahif) because they are the most famous evidence of whom said the marriage contract not be correct without wetness, and in the second side it will mention Opinions of jurists about the issue with them evidences and discussion of the evidences that is to show which of those views are superior, finally.

It will point out the most results which the research reach them.
