Abstract EN

Finland realized, in the first stage of the comprehensive renaissance process, the importance of education in changing the course of a state, this has made Finland become at the top of the global ranking of education quality as education forms the basis of the development process.

Finland depended in its endeavor on establishing schools and universities around the country so as to advance compulsory education for the first nine years.

There are many factors that assisted Finland to do so, namely population decline, the small number of children in schools (100-900) pupils at most.

The state’s focus had been on the factor of quality and the use of encouraging activities innovated by students’ which made education an enjoyable and easy process.

Statistics shows that nobody in the world reads more than Finnish .
