Volunteering has gained special importance in our Islamic society as it is the best work done by a Muslim, because it comes out of doing good to others.

It also contributes to defining the roles of individuals, investing their energies and skills and developing their free time to benefit others.

The research aims to: 1 - Reveal the relationship between the themes of the questionnaire role of the family in instilling values volunteer work among its children in the light of Vision 2030 and the themes of a questionnaire change management.

2 - Identify the impact of the demographic variables of the research sample on the role of the family in instilling the values of volunteer work among its children in the light of 2030.

The research concluded: 1- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample in instilling the values of volunteer work according to the study variables.

3 - There is a correlation between the themes of the questionnaire role of the family in instilling the values of volunteer work and the themes of the questionnaire change management.
