This research dealt with the study of a question of practical jurisprudence issues, which pertain to every Muslim, namely the wiping the khuffs, by studying it a modern critical study.

it deals with scientifically the hadiths documentation mentioned in the issue from the original sources with an indication of the degree of each hadith, including validity and weakness.

this research confirms to us the importance of the efforts of hadith scholars in clarifying the state of hadiths and the effects contained in the jurisprudential issues and their role in the jurisprudential giving preference.
