Abstract EN

This study aims to find out some of the reasons for the low scientific level of the fifth grade primary students.

The study was conducted using a questionnaire for teachers who study mathematics for this stage.

It was composed of (15) paragraphs according to the likert (tripartite likert) to be answered because of a large, medium reason, not a reason, After data processing and analysis, the results of the study showed a number of reasons, including 1 - The existence of family social factors that cause the difficulties of learning mathematics from the point of view of teachers of mathematics.

2 - the presence of school factors affect the difficulties of learning mathematics.

3 - There are moderate differences in the answers of the respondents in terms of paragraphs on the weakness of teacher follow-up to students and diagnose cases of learning difficulties and how to deal with them, depending on the variable years of service or level of qualification.
