هــــــذه المقالة عبارة عن قراءة سياسية – قانونية للمؤسسات الرسمية المسؤولة عن صنـــــــــــع القرار السياسي داخل النــــــــظام السياســـي السعـــــــودي و يهدف إلى توضيح عملية صنـــــــــــع القرار السياسي في المملكة العربـــــــــية السعـــــــودية من خلال إبراز دور المؤسسات الرسمية في صنع السياسات العامة و تنفيذها و منه تشكيل رؤية عن النــــــــظام السياســـي من حيث طبيعته و آليات عمله.
خلصت الدراسة أن النــــــــظام الحاكم في المملكة العربـــــــــية السعـــــــودية يعد فريدا من نوعه أين ينفرد عن الأنظمة السياســـية من حيث طبيعته المحافظ و الجامدة و كذا من حيث أساليب صنـــــــــــع القرار السياسي.

Abstract EN
of the official institutions in charge of political decision making inside the Saudi political regime.
It aims to clarify the process of political decision making in Saudi Arabia, by highlighting the role of official institutions in making and implementing public policies, and therefore forming a vision on the political system of government, throughout its nature and mechanisms.
The study concluded that the ruling regime in Saudi Arabia is unique in its nature.
It differentiates from the rest of political systems of government in the world, based on its conservative and rigid characteristic.
Moreover, the methods of political decision making.
