تهدف هذه الورقة لتقديم تحليل نقدي للعلاقة بين الحكم الراشد و التنمية من خلال تحليل كيفي (نوعي) للمعطيات ( أو المعلومات ) عشرين دولة عن المستوى الرابع للتنمية الإنسانية المشار إليه في مؤشر التنمية الإنسانية عام 2018، في مقارنة مع معطيات نفس الدول بخصوص مستواها للحكم الراشد المشار إليه من خلال مؤشرات البنك الدولي لنفس السنة (2018).
Abstract EN
This paper aims to provide a critical analysis to the relationship between good governance and development through the qualitative analysis of data on 20 countries from the four level of human development indicated in the Human Development Index in 2018, in a comparison with the same countries data on its level of good governance that indicated by the world bank indicators in the same year.
