This article aims to highlight the weak legal scientific publishing in the Arab countries, reflected in the limited number of scientific research published by researchers affiliated with Arab universities and research centers in international legal journals classified among international databases, despite the large number of Arab magazines.

To that end, we have identified the causes of that vulnerability and then described the practical steps that have enabled it to be avoided.

Let's conclude that adjusting the way these researchers write their research is the most important reason for the increase in their readability and global reach.
