This study aims at identifying occupational safety and health systems, and showing the impact of this on improving the performance of workers in Algerian industrial institutions, and this is among the elements of this topic.

After the introduction and put the problem of the topic discussed, The first was the genesis of ergonomics, Then define the concept and purpose of human energy engineering, The tasks assigned to him in improving the work environment, And maintain its integrity by identifying the basic scientific components of the science of human energy engineering, And how to analyze its components, The topic also touched on the origins and concept of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, And the importance of occupational safety and health systems, their goals and tasks, as well as the conditions and duties for applying the occupational health and safety system And setting the ingredients for it to be successful within the enterprise environment, The topic also touched on the reality and efforts of work in the field of national health and safety at the international level and in Algeria, The study also reveals to the extent of coverage of the labor inspection system in Algeria and the work of the competent bodies in this field, This study also had a look at the ocean insurance systems and their relationship to occupational safety and health and their impact on improving the performance of workers and the basic components of production in the Algerian industrial establishment.
