تسعى العديد من الحكومات بالتعاون مع شركاء دوليين كبرنامج الامم المتحدة الانمائي (PNUD) و الاتحاد الاوروبي الى النهوض بالمجالات التنموية خاصة المحلية منها ادراكا منها ان التنمية عملية شاملة ينبغي ان تشارك فيها اطراف كثيرة حتى الدولية منها.
وفي حقيقة الامر جاء مشروع كابدال الذي اعلن عن بداية تطبيقه بالجزائر سنة 2017 لترجمة و تجسيد نموذج بديل عن الديمقراطية التمثيلية التي تعيش مرحلة من التازم و استبداله بنموذج الديمقراطية التشاركية.
وفي هذه المداخلة سنسلط الضوء على مدى مساهمة مشروع كابدال في تجسيد الديمقراطية التشاركية في الجزائر لتحقيق التنمية المحلية ضمن اليات التعاون الدولي
Abstract EN
Summary: Many governments are working with international partners such as the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the European Union to promote development, especially local ones, recognizing that development is a comprehensive process in which many parties, including international ones, should participate.
In fact, the CAPDEL project, which began its implementation in Algeria in 2017, came to translate and embody an alternative model of representative democracy in a phase of crisis, replacing it with the model of participatory democracy.
In this intervention we will highlight the contribution of the CAPDEL project to the embodiment of participatory democracy in Algeria to achieve local development within the mechanisms of international cooperation.
