Abstract EN

This study aims to show the impact of domestic savings on the Algerian economic in general and its economic growth in particular by assessing its position during the period between 1980 – 2017 in light of the reforms and developments in the Algerian economy The study was conducted using the vector error correction model based on time series stability test, co-integration test relationship study.

The results of this study showed that there is a Long term relationship between domestic savings and economic growth and a positive effect of domestic savings on economic growth rates in Algeria during the study period.
