يعتبر الغلاف الخارجي للمباني أول حاجز في حماية المبنى ضد التغيرات المناخية الخارجية فهو يتكون من جدران عمودية و نوافذ و أسقف فخصائص تصميم الغلاف الخارجي للمباني توثر حتما على توفير الرفاهية الحرارية لمستعملي المجال و في خفض استهلاك الطاقة داخل المبنى فاختيار مواد البناء المتعلقة بالعناصر الانشائية للجدران و الأسقف تؤثر حتما على التبادلات الحرارية بين المبنى الداخلي و محيطه الخارجي، ومنه فهذه الدراسة تهدف إلى إبراز دور اختیار مواد البناء في المساكن الفردية على الرفاهية الحرارية لسكان ولاية بسكرة التي تتميز بشروط مناخية جد صعبة خاصة خلال الفترة الصيفية و معرفة إلى أي مدى تم تطبيق القوانين التشريعية و الأنظمة المعمارية التقنية على المباني في ولايات جنوب البلاد من أجل التنظيم الحراري لهذا النوع من المساكن.
Abstract EN
The outer envelope of the building represents the first barrier in the protection against external climatic change, consisting of vertical walls, windows and roofs.
The design characteristics of the outer envelope strongly affect the thermal comfort of the occupants and the reduction of the energy consumption inside the building.
The choice of building materials related to structural elements of walls and roofs strongly influences the thermal exchanges between the interior building and its external environment.
This study aims to highlight the role of the choice of building materials in the individual houses on the thermal comfort of the houses in the city of Biskra, which is characterized by very rigorous climatic conditions especially during the summer period and know to what extent legislative laws and architectural regulations applied to buildings in the South of the country for the thermal regulation of this type of housing.

L'enveloppe extérieure des bâtiments représente la première barrière de protection contre les changements climatiques extérieurs, est constituée par des murs verticaux, de fenêtres et de toitures.
Les caractéristiques de la conception de l'enveloppe extérieure affectent fortement sur le confort thermique des occupants et la réduction de la consommation énergétique à l'intérieur du bâtiment.
Le choix des matériaux de construction liés aux éléments structurels des murs et des toitures influent fortement sur les échanges thermiques entre le bâtiment intérieur et son environnement extérieur.
Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence le rôle du choix des matériaux de construction dans les maisons individuelles sur le confort thermique des habitations de la ville de Biskra, qui est caractérisée par des conditions climatique très rigoureuse surtout pendant la période estivale et savoir jusqu' à quelle mesure les lois législatives et les réglementations architecturales appliquées aux bâtiments du sud du pays pour la régulation thermique de ce type d'habitations.
