تتناول هذه الدراسة محطة مهمة في تاريخ الحركة الوطنية الجزائرية و تتعلق ببروز الفكر الاستقلالي منذ نهاية الحرب العالمية الأولى و التي تبناها الأمير خالد الذي اغتنم فرصة اعلان الرئيس الامريكي ولسن لحق الشعوب في تقرير مصيرها فقدم عريضة طالب فيها بحق تقرير المصير للشعب الجزائري و استمر في نضاله السياسي داخل و خارج الجزائر وقد تبنى حزب نجم شمال إفريقيا منذ 1926 مبدأ تقرير المصير.
و ناضل من أجلها سنوات طويلة إلى أن افتكت الجزائر استقلالها.
Abstract EN
This study deals with the emergence of independent thought since the end of the First World War which was adopted by Prince Khalid, who took advantage of the announcement of the American president “Wilson” about the right of peoples to self-determination.
He presented a petition demanding the self-determination of the Algerian people.
He sustained his political struggle inside and outside Algeria.
Since 1926, the North African Star Party adopted the idea of independence and fought for it for many years until Algerin independent.
