Abstract EN

This article deals with the problem of labor culture and its shortcomings in its relation to labor accidents.

This is a very important issue in developing countries such as Algeria, especially in its industrial institutions, as the present / ent element in their productive and preventive strategies and policies; Hence we wanted to interpret the workers 'culture towards socio-cultural work accidents by clarifying the relationship between culture and work accidents, presenting an approach to this newly emerging industrial culture where fatalism was employed, and finally; how to change the workers' culture in the factory in order to avoid or At least minimize the frequency of work accidents as much as possible.
