This study aims to identify the effectiveness of crisis communication and its functions in the organization and its foundations and rules as well as to address the stages of communication planning in the crisis.

The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that crisis communication is an important and essential element in crisis management in an institution that is complementary to it and its goals and the vision of the institution and that has one goal is to come out with the lowest possible losses and work to preserve the image of the institution in the stages of the crisis (before, during, after the crisis ), And that crisis communications are planned communications based on preventive principles and procedures for dealing and pre-preparing crisis management in the organization, and an indispensable support element during strategic planning for crisis management in the organization as it is an essential part of the crisis management plan in the institution.
