In it the researcher presented a brief study, rooted in Sharia evidence, on oversight of management actions in Islam.

Its concept, importance, types, evidence, and benefits, with comparison to what is being done in the Saudi system.

And the researcher referred to it to the authentic sources approved by scholars.

The researcher proceeded with it according to the scientific methodology used by scholars in scientific research.
