The physical education or sport is considered as one of the important activity in the primary school stage because in this period the pupil or learner move and play and he can't stay and concentrate for a long moment however, this subject could be implicated with other subjects like Arabic, Maths, science, Drawing.

So a reality it's another thing because the sport activity suffer a lot of shortening, despite of the importance of this subject in physical, psychological, kinetics and social aspects and that's because many factors were responsible.

First, a human factor for example lack of physical education specialist especially in this critical period of childhood to a lack of interest of headmasters and inspectors to this subject and this activities.

Secondly we have material factors like a lack of sport play ground in schools and ence of sport materials.
