It is the living nations that maintain their heritage by various means and seek to invest it in solving the existing problems and benefiting humanity from it.

for this It is necessary to establish a right approach, in order to present and read this heritage.

The aim of this thesis is to reveal the features of this approach with the father of the Algerian historian Abi Qasim Saadallah in his book (Algeria's cultural history).

The test material was related to linguistic and literary heritage in poetry and prose during the Ottoman period.

Was Saadallah just a representing of this heritage? Or was he also a reader? And how was the reading method of this man multidisciplinary? These are some of the questions that we are trying to answer.
