Freedom of expression and the protection of the religious feeling of the Muslim communities in the western societies.

The freedom of expression is one of the most important types of public freedoms that are enshrined in many legal texts, including the article 10 of the European convention of human rights, and despite the space that this freedom had earned in the western societies, it is far to say that it is complete, it is still limited by the second paragraph of the same above article, however if these limits some time ago could regulate this freedom in what the western societies were used to, the non-criminalization of atonement within these societies and its consequent results such as the dangerous prejudice to the religious feeling, especially for the Muslim community, had in the end led to move the legal foundation that regulates this freedom from article 10/2 to article 9 which contains the religious freedom and which enforces a positive commitment upon, states to protect the religious feeling as a component of the entire religious freedom.
