The research deals with the miraculous meaning in the Holy Qur'an and the means by which miracles can be realized.

The researcher uses the analytical inductive method in searching the translation of the author's life ending his research with the following results: The means of understanding the miraculous declarative property of the Qur'an is done by clarifying the reasons of descending, meanings of vocabulary, structures, statement of the occasion, and affirm of the artistic beauty in the general meaning.

Furthermore, there should be a statement of the problem with convincing and collecting the verses in which the single word uttered with multiple meanings, and to show the aspects of the combination of two or more issues and guide their the arrangement, and the presentation of delays and submission.
