The present study tackles the process of converting the rainwater into surface water.

The paper also tackles the equations which represent the relation between the rainwater and the meltdown water.

The paper also defines the water gage which is a device used to measure the relation between the amount of water flowing and time.

A certain statistic reveals that rainwater is uttered in the Holy Qur'an in fifty verses.

Two verses only mention the relation between the rainwater and the meltdown water.

Each verse tackles the topic in a different way.

Verse 6 from Al An'am Surah tackles two types of data; the rainwater and the water in the rivers.

This verse presents the basic data in dealing with the rainwater and the water flowing, while verse 1 from Al Ra'd surah mentions the rain thenit describes the basin of the river, then it mentions the river's flowing.

The scientists of the modern era reach a certain fact which says that as much as the rainwater descends, the water level in the rivers is increased.

This fact is already mentioned in the Holy Qur'an.

By this fact, the researcher proves the scientific miraculousness of the Holy Qur'an.
