Abstract EN

The research deals with the physical, mental and religious benefits of the unforbidden food ) Halal) due to the spread of ignorance about the Islamic provisions on food and its legislative miraculousness.

Therefore, this research aims to explain the forbidden food provisions and link them to contemporary scientific miracles.

The study examines the provision verses of foods ) forbidden and unforbidden ) in Al Maa'idah surah.

The researcher states the former and contemporary views of the scientists, and then explains these provisions, to be the basis for the most important aspects of the legislative miraculousness of food in the light of contemporary developments.

The researcher then employs an analytical inductive method to trace the provision verses of the )forbidden and forbidden) foods in Al Maa'idah Surah, and analyzes them by detecting ancient and modern scholars views.

The study has shown the legal regulations of the )forbidden and forbidden) foods according to this surah, in addition to the reasons behind those provisions.

Furthermore, the study reaches the most important facet of legislative miraculousness of the forbidden and unforbidden foods in the light of modern scientific miracles.
