The research was divided into several axes, starting with the introduction and then the first chapter, which is considered a prelude, which included the problem of the study, its importance, objectives, and questions of the study, then: addressing and definitions of the concepts of civil society institutions and some of its terms, as well as the concept of harassment against women and its linguistic meaning, In the first chapter, under the title "Sexual Harassment of Women", which deals with the concept of harassment and how we understand violence against women, the psychological, social, economic, political and security effects were monitored and analyzed, through the causes, effects, and stages of sexual harassment.

As for the second chapter, he presented a detailed illustrative picture of what civil society is and what its characteristics, objectives, principles, and importance is its role in all women's issues and then, and its role in addressing all issues of sexual harassment of women Based on this study, and after completing it completely, the researcher reached a set of results (eight results), outlined in them, and by analogy with that, the researcher came with a set of recommendations (and nine recommendations) that might reach the concerned authorities, to put them in mind, to reach The hoped-for solutions that respond to the calls of women and their legislative, legal and humanitarian needs.

In the end, the researcher put together a list of proven sources and references, which he used in presenting his study.
