هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على مستوى استخدام و تطبيق التكنولوجيا الداعمة لعمليات إدارة المعرفة بمؤسسة "DP World" التابعة لميناء جن جن بجيجل حيث تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات و تم توزيعه على عينة من الموظفين و التي قدرت 36 موظف كما اعتمدنا على برنامج spss في تحليلها و لاختبار صحة فرضيات الدراسة تم الاعتماد على اختبار T-test.
توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى عالي لتطبيق التكنولوجيا الداعمة لعمليات إدارة المعرفة بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة مما سمح باقتراح مجموعة من التوصيات قصد الاستمرار في دعم البنية التحتية للتكنولوجيا بالمؤسسة لما لها من دور في تسهيل مهمة القيام بمختلف الأعمال.
Abstract EN
This study aimed to know of the contribution of information technology used and support for management knowledge processes in Dp World Corporation which is based in the port of djen djen, Jijel.
The questionnaire was adopted to collect data, it was distributed to 36 employees of this corporation, we use SPSS program for analysis, and we use t-test to testing if the hypotheses was correct.
The study concluded that there is a high level for application of of information technology used and support for management knowledge processes in the concerned corporation; this allowed suggesting viable recommendations for continue to support technology infrastructure for its role in facilitating doing various works.
