يعتبر موضوع التكوين من بين الموضوعات المهتمة التي أخذت حينا كبيرا و أبحاث المهتمين بالمؤسسة الصناعية أو المؤسسات الأخرى نظرا للدول المهتم و الكبير الذي يلعبه في تزويد العاملين بمهارات معينة في مناصب عملهم فيتيح لهم إنجاز أعمالهم بفعالية و كفاءة كبيرة.
فهو يلعب دورا مهما ليس فقط على تزويد المؤسسة باليد العاملة المؤهلة ذات الكفاءة و إنما في تقليل تكاليف الإنتاج و زيادة هامش الربح السنوي و منه أردنا في هذا المقال معرفة كيف يؤثر التكوين على الاستقرار العمالي في المؤسسات الصناعية

It's evident that the human resource's formation becomes one of the strategies factors most important in any society.
We speak about formation's roles in making the workers more able in their function's, thanks to the enorme competence received but the formation.
It's used to ameliorate the workers performance, in objective to have a good production, and best presentation

Personne ne peut nier que la formation des ressources humaines, devient l'un des facteurs, et des éléments les plus importants dans n'importe quelle entreprise industrielle.
Tout en parlant de son rôles en développant la capacité d'agir, à qui de la formation.
Cette dernière qui sert à améliorer et augmenter les performances des travailleurs, afin d'avoir un bon produit et un meilleur rendement.
