Consequently, this research article aims to study the relationship between intellectuals and public opinion, and the extent of the existence of public intellectuals within the reality of the Algerian intellectuals, who have become facing great accusations against him, as the person isolated from his decisive public role, and I miss the symbolism and legitimacy of the audience, and was satisfied with staying behind personal accounts Through the new media, announcing its ineffectiveness and withdrawal from the current crises in its society.
