تلعب الحوافز دورا بالغ الأهمية و فعالا في تغيير سلوك الفرد داخل المؤسسات الاقتصادية على اختلاف حجمها و طبيعة نشاطها حيث تسعى هذه الأخيرة إلى إتباع طرق مختلفة و مداخل متنوعة لتحفيز مواردها البشرية على اعتبارها هي الثروة الحقيقية للحفاظ على بقاءها و قدرتها على المنافسة.
و من هذا المنطلق حاولنا في هذا المقال إبراز أهمية الحوافز بنوعيها المادية و المعنوية في خلق دافعية و ولاء كبير لدى العامل بإحدى المؤسسات الاقتصادية " Kbfsteel" الواقعة في مدينة –عنابة -.

Incentivesplay a very important and effective role in changing the behavior of the individualinside the economicenterprisesregardless of their sizes and activity's nature.
That enterprisesseek to followdifferentmethods , and variousapproaches to stimulatetheirhuman ressources as itis the real wealth to maintainitssurvival and ability to compete .
Fromthisstandpoint , wetried in this article to highlight the importance of incentives (bothmaterial and moral) in making a great motivation and loyaltyamongworkers in one of the economicenterpriselocated in Annaba.
