تهدف الدراسة لمعرفة أداء السياسة المالية كأداة من أدوات السياسة الاقتصادية في ظل التقلبات التي عرفها قطاع المحروقات في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2000-2021.
تم التوصل إلى أن السياسة المالية غير مستقرة و مضطربة بفعل التأثير الذي تمارسه إيرادات قطاع المحروقات المتقلبة على أدوات السياسة المالية من خلال الميزانية
Abstract EN
This study aims to clarify about the performance of fiscal policy as an instrument of economic policy, in light of the fluctuations known by the hydrocarbon sector in Algeria during the period 2000-2021.
It was concluded that the fiscal policy is unstable and turbulent due to the impact of the fluctuating oil sector revenues on its instruments through the budget.
