Abstract EN

In this research, we try to tackle the danger of logical fallacies and highlight their impact in directing the receiver’s behavior, as one of the mechanisms of argumentation that invest in the pragmatic input of the discourse from two aspects: the internal side based on mental reasoning, and the external aspect of passion, irony and others.

We wanted this study to have a procedural tendency that takes as corpus Ibn Al-Tawam’s response to Abu Al-Abas Al-Thaqafi's message in Al-“Bukhala’” Book of Al-Jahid.

Taking into consideration the logical fallacies as a form of argumentation that bases its doctrine on a kind of Inference and appeal to guarantee victory against an adversary.

Since miserliness is the subject of the blog targeted in the study, each party sought to support its position to this social phenomenon, investing as much as possible of the persuasive mechanisms connected to the topic: transferred and reasonable.
