ICTs have now become a real development challenge, they are presented as tools capable of stimulating economic growth and business productivity.
Following a theoretical support submitted for analysis, we have tried in this work to estimate the impact of ICTs on productivity in Algeria.
Our results underline that ICT does not contribute to productivity and the labour variable which is negatively significant, and it contributes to productivity in Algeria.
In our study, we propose to support the adoption of ICTs through organizational change according to the theoretical predictions of the resolution of the Solow paradox.

Les TIC sont devenus aujourd'hui un véritable enjeu de développement, elles sont présentées comme des outils capables de stimuler la croissance économique et la productivité des entreprises, Suite à un support théorique soumis à l'analyse, nous avons essayé dans ce travail d'estimer l'impact des TIC sur la productivité en Algérie.
Nos résultats soulignent que les TIC ne contribuent pas à la productivité et la variable du travail qui est négativement significative, et elle contribue à la productivité en Algérie.
Nous proposer dans notre étude d''accompagner l'adoption des TIC par un changement organisationnel selon les prédictions théoriques de la résolution du paradoxe de Solow.
