This study aims to introduce two paradigms of intangible cultural heritage in the Tassili Ajer region, which is generally considered the link between grandparents and grandchildren, as it is the sum of traditions and folk rituals inherited but rather an identifying imprint of the Touaregg community, and to confront globalization on the one hand and to preserve this heritage intact, not deformed and prevent its exploitation Measures must be taken to ensure the sustainability of the intangible cultural heritage, and when undertaking the preservation and legal protection of this heritage, one must know the impact of this on saharian tourism.

This study concluded that the bravery and joy dances alagh and tahamalt are the intangible cultural heritage of the Touaregg community, and therefore it is necessary to address the legal steps to preserve them in order to conclude that the legal protection of the intangible cultural heritage has a positive impact on saharian tourism in the region.
