Abstract EN

This research paper aims to measure the effect of happiness at workplace on the employee performance in order to measure the direction of the correlations between the dimensions of happiness at workplace and employee performance, as well as revealing the most important dimensions that affect employee performance at a rate equal to or greater than 50%.

Among the findings, there is a positive significant correlation between all dimensions of happiness at workplace and employee performance, and also the presence of a moral effect of the pride dimension on employee performance which is less than 50%.
