The interest of knowledge management has recently emerged in terms of thought, management practice and the real wealth it represents, the effective role plays in maintaining the best competencies in the enterprises.

Therefore, our study aims to identify the role of knowledge management processes (knowledge generation and acquisition, Knowledge storage, and the application of knowledge) in the development of human resources.

One of the most important results of the study is that there is a the role of knowledge management processes in the development of human resource competencies is reflected in the application of knowledge.
