Abstract EN

This research and tagged entitled Constitutional Guarantees for the Protection of seizures aims to identify the constitutional protection of the property of individuals that may be subject to seizure by the various agencies and authorities in the state, to protect individuals and their property from intrusion of authorities and to clarify the cases in which these seizures are referred to their owners or those cases In which these seizures that are owned by individuals are confiscated, and we also aim to identify the extent of the consistency of ordinary legislation with the Basic Law in these guarantees which imposed by the constitutional legislator, as well as to explain the ways that individuals may take to protect their property from the intrusion of the authority and its abuse of confiscating or destroying their property without abide by the texts which established by the Basic Law.
