Abstract EN

Praise be to God, prayer and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah and after: This is a summary of the topic: (The Phenomenon Phenomenon and its Provisions in Islamic Jurisprudence: An Empirical Field Study on the Jawf Region) Because, when Phenosis became a dangerous phenomenon in this era, I wanted to study it to explain its provisions in Islamic Jurisprudence.

The importance of the topic: It was noticed that this phenomenon spread in our societies, so I chose this topic as an attempt to study it and know its jurisprudence.

Research Methodology: The research will be covered in two axes: First: Theoretical.

The second: descriptive, analytical, and includes an introduction, a preamble, three investigations, a conclusion, and indexes.

As for the introduction: I talked about the importance of the topic, the most important reasons for choosing it, previous studies, research methodology, and plan.

As for the introduction: in the theoretical rooting of the terms of the study, which are: phenomenon, Altvhit, car, jurisprudence.

As for the first topic: In the phenomenon of devotion, causes, damages, and the role of educational institutions in eliminating this phenomenon.

The second topic: On the provisions of the phenomenon of Altvhit in Islamic jurisprudence, and deals with: The rule of Altvhit in the Sharia, and the crimes related to it and its penalties (in the soul and below it and money) And the third topic: An applied field study of this phenomenon in the Al-Jouf region through: doing a questionnaire and distributing it to the target group within the community of Al-Jouf region, analyzing it and commenting on the results that were reached.

Conclusion: It contains the most important results and recommendations of the research.
