University students represent the foundation for a generation that contributes to the processes of civilizational change in our age that is characterized by an explosion of knowledge in all aspects of life, Identity and its development play a sensitive and important role in the university education stage, as it is the lens through which students engage in their world, the goal of the research is to identify styles of University students and the differences of statistical significance according to the two variables (gender, specialization), and to achieve this, the researchers used the descriptive method and the comparative study, and the study sample reached (370) students who were chosen by the random stratigraphic method according to the percentage of the research community.

The researchers adopted the identity patterns scale for ( Al artha, 2016), and the psychometric properties of the scale were verified and the stability of the scale was verified using the half split half method and the Alpha Cronbach coefficient for internal consistency, and to extract the results of the research, the researchers used the T-test for one sample and the multiple binary variance analysis, and the study showed statistically significant differences in Identity patterns among students and the presence of statistically significant differences in identity patterns according to the two variables (gender, specialization).
