The problem of research shows the problems experienced by educational supervision of the weakness of the relationship between educational supervisors and teachers as a result of behavioral attitudes practiced by educational supervisors during their visits to schools, this is what the researcher noted through the field of her work as a teacher of science in primary schools.
This research also discusses the importance of educational supervision for supervision process improvement and evaluation to achieve its objectives in improving the educational process through the identification of the required ways to change the education systems, environments, behaviors and the development of those involved, as well as, the research aims to identify the performance of educational supervisors from the perspective of science teachers in the primary schools.
The second chapter deals with the theoretical background of the research while third chapter deals with procedures, community, samples, tools, and statistical methods that used through this research implementation.
The sample was randomly selected and consisted of (180) teachers taken from primary schools.
The fourth chapter contains the results after analyzing the responses of the sample members at an average and acceptable level.
There are differences of significant statistical significance according to the gender variable.
There are no differences of statistical significance for the variation of the scientific qualification and there were differences in the years of service.
The researcher listed a number of conclusions, recommendations and proposals for the studied problem.
