تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة الحالية في محاولة وضع تصور مقترح من منظور الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية باستخدام أسلوب البحث السريع بالمشاركة لمواجهة مشكلات المرأة المعيلة.
و من أهداف الدراسة : تحديد المشكلات التي تواجه المرأة المعيلة.
تحديد طبيعة استخدام أسلوب البحث السريع بالمشاركة لمواجهة مشكلات المرأة المعيلة.
تحديد طبيعة متابعة المشروعات التي تنفذها المرأة المعيلة باستخدام أسلوب البحث السريع بالمشاركة.
تحديد دور فريق البحث السريع بالمشاركة في مواجهة مشكلات المرأة المعيلة.
تحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه استخدام أسلوب البحث السريع بالمشاركة لمواجهة مشكلات المرأة المعيلة.
تحديد مقترحات تفعيل استخدام إسلوب البحث السريع بالمشاركة لمواجهة مشكلات المرأة المعيلة.
و الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية، مع استخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل، من خلال جمع البيانات بأسلوب الحصر الشامل لكل من النساء المعيلات المستفيدات من جمعية معاكم للتنمية و المساعدات الاجتماعية بحلوان و عددهن (32) مفردة، و كذلك الحصر الشامل للمسئولين بنفس الجمعية و عددهم (15) مفردة.
و تم جمع البيانات من النساء بواسطة استمارة استبار (مقابلة) و ذلك في مقر الجمعية، أيضا تم جمع البيانات من المسئولين بواسطة استمارة استبيان تم توزيعه و جمعه باليد منهم و ذلك في مقر الجمعية.
و من أهم نتائج الدراسة تحقيق أهدافها و الإجابة عن كل تساؤلاتها و تقديم تصور مقترح من منظور الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية باستخدام أسلوب البحث السريع بالمشاركة لمواجهة مشكلات المرأة المعيلة.
Abstract EN
This study aimed to determine Requirements for applying Evidence-based social group work as a strategy to boost the Professional Performance of Social Workers engaging with Patient Groups Given this, a combination of analytical descriptive studies and a comprehensive social survey methodology was applied to a sample of (87) social workers.
Based on the questionnaires applied, a set of significant results were inferred.
First, cognitive requirements are knowledge related to advanced group work method, skill requirements are the ability to apply EB group work steps, the ethical requirements are the requirement of keeping the information pertaining to patients and their families confidential, and barriers are lack of training courses meant to develop EB group work, and suggestions are conducting several training courses on evidence-based social group work is seen Key Words : Requirements, Professional Performance, Evidence Based Social Group Work (EBSGW).
