The educational process in the countries is facing an accelerated development in knowledge and technology progress that helps to achieve effective learning through modern means, which integrate some of the traditional methods with the new ones and end with providing high-performance outputs, and the rapid development of knowledge has led to the emergence of new teaching theories and strategies that require improvement and developing the performance of both the teacher and the learner in the educational situation, so the research aims to determine the effectiveness of applying the reverse learning strategy in teaching the fashion design course to the students of the third year clothing and textile, as well as identifying the students' attitudes towards the effectiveness of its application to achievement when learning fashion design skills, and The analytical descriptive approach and the experimental approach were used, and the two researchers designed an achievement test and a questionnaire for measuring skill performance and set a timetable for the subjects of the fashion design headquarters.

The research found statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the students in the two applications in favor of the post application and the high level of students ’attitudes towards learning fashion design using a flipped learning strategy.

The study recommended the necessity of applying a flipped learning strategy in teaching fashion design course.
