The aim of the research is to find out the impact of using modern strategies and techniques on the educational and training path in its various stages within the totale quality management and its contemporary concepts to build new visions in the engineering of education thought for educated groups, though restoring to a modern structure according to an evolutionary and progressive perspective, aiming the mental and intellectual development of the human mind.

Also, the main keys to catch up with the quality of education were highlighted, and the most important amory theme are the modern tools used to achieve the best and accurate results as soon as possible, in this field, we can only talk about the various technological means and appropriate to the objectives to be achieved during the learning process, in a systematic plan led by a total quality management of education Perhaps through this brief space, we tried to providan inductive touch to the course of education to be ahcieved, so as to catch up with the developed countries, and get out of backwardness, retreat and the name of the third world countries, because the right educated nation is the carrier of the banner of the bright future.
