is article addresses several concerns related to the Maliki jurisprudence lesson in Algeria, as it touched upon the Maliki and the concept of the Sunnah, and the multiplicity of narrations and sayings in the Maliki school of thought, as well as the contemporary Muslim between the crisis of methodology of thought and the backwardness of jurisprudence.

Then, the search explains some aspects between the Fiqh and the science of the times, It focuses on the role of the scholars of Islam at the present time between tradition and openness, as well as Fiqh al-Maliki between advocacy and intolerance.
