يسعى هذا المقال إلى بيان دور القضاة و العدول من أهل وادي سوف و غيرهم ممن اشتغلوا في هذه المحاكم في ترسيخ وتمكين وتوظيف المرجعية المالكية في التقاضي بين الناس كما يعرض نماذج من العقود المدونة في سجلات و وثائق المحاكم الشرعية مع مقارنتها بما جاء في مدونات المذهب المالكي في المسائل الفقهية.
Abstract EN
This article seeks to clarify the role of judges from the people of the Valley of Souf and others, who worked in these courts in establishing, empowering, and employing the Maliki references in litigation between people.
It also presents samples of the contracts recorded in the records and documents of the Sharia courts, comparing them to what was mentioned in the codes of the Maliki school of jurisprudence.
