Algerians, in the past and present, have had considerable contributions that deserve praise and mention in the field of juridical principle.

These contributions go back to the eighth century AH, which is the golden age of authorship in this field.

Al-Maqri wrote his Book of juridical principle, which is a book as the scholar Sheikh Muhammad bin Muhammad Makhlouf said about it: “It is a rich and useful book, which no one has ever seen.”.

There is also the book of 'iidah almasalik 'iilaa qawaeid al'imam malik, lilwnshrisi, 'abi aleibaas 'ahmad bin yuhayaa, who died in the year 914 AH.

It is a valuable and useful book, which includes 118 juridical principle.
