The study aimed to find out the effectiveness of business intelligence in the foundation of a sustainable territorial government, because of economic intelligence is a national mechanism based on the valuation of the territorial and local capacities, .

This study was to clarify the systemic and political approaches to move from business intelligence to the territorial business intelligence, it has also been the regional strategy for vigilance, and to clarify the problem of territorial governance and the valuation of the region in Algeria addressed.

The most important results reached at the territorial business intelligence is an extension of the public policy of business intelligence and the application of procedures at the regional level and of maintaining a competitive small and medium enterprises and to promote and support international opennessL'étude visait à déterminer l'efficacité de l'intelligence économique dans la création d'un gouvernement territorial durable, car l'intelligence économique est un mécanisme national fondé sur la valorisation des capacités territoriales et locales.

passer de la veille stratégique à la veille territoriale, c'est aussi la stratégie régionale de vigilance, et clarifier le problème de gouvernance territoriale et d'évaluation de la région algérienne.

Les résultats les plus importants atteints par la veille stratégique territoriale sont une extension de la politique publique de veille stratégique et de l'application de procédures au niveau régional, ainsi que le maintien de petites et moyennes entreprises compétitives et la promotion et le soutien de l'ouverture internationale.
