this threatened the environment and theliving standards of the citizen and called for the interference of the public authorities to limitits expansion by creating at preventive and deterrent apparatus in 2006 at the level of thedirectorate general of security in cooperation with some relevant sectors with theempowerment of the authority with the powers and authority that contributed to theimposition and realization of physical control throng procedures and disciplinary measuresagainst violators.
