This article deals with one of the important topics in the field of organization and management science, namely the issue of administrative decentralization.

This importance stems mainly from the transformations and challenges facing the contemporary organization.

Decentralization is characterized by the sharing of responsibilities, participation in decision-making and delegation of authority that contributes to the development of Subordinates and their skills is necessary in front of these bets, because of the many advantages, especially on the performance side, it is in this sense came our study to reveal the importance of administrative decentralization in improving the performance of employees.
