The research and scientific studies carried out at the university have a great importance in the societies because these researches is very important in their development, prosperity and progress.

These studies have attracted the attention of many researchers in the field of social and human sciences since ancient times, but the interest in them is increased by increasing social phenomena and complexity, the lack of interest of Arab societies, especially Algerian society, despite the importance of these studies and their results, but it does not resonate with our communities.

Hence our interest in scientific research in the field of social and human sciences and the most important problems that hinder the work of the researcher in his scientific studies, and also presented some solutions to these problems
